1. Can I track my item?

Most of our products can be tracked once they have been shipped, please check your inbox for tracking information (they sometimes end up in Junk) but use the Contact Us form if you haven't received your item in the shipping time outlined in the product description

How long are shipping times?

It depends on the product ordered. Our Natural Spa range will usually arrive within 2-5 days of your order. Cooking aids may take up to 30 days to reach your doorstep. For ease, each product has the most up to date estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 

3. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. 4. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

 7. Where do you source your products?

Our aim is to make healthy living fun and accessible, and we always aim to source our product range from UK suppliers wherever possible. If we cannot source our products from the UK, we find the closest manufacturer from the international market we possibly can as we are committed to keeping our carbon footprint as low as possible.

8. Do your product ranges change?

Yes, we are constantly updating and responding to feedback and so our product lines may change frequently. If we get requests from Contact Us to source a particular product, we will try to find it and add it to our range. If we get feedback that a particular item would be better than another that we have in stock, we may change the product we supply. If you see something you like it's best not to hang around as it may sell out quickly!

9. Do you have any ranges other than Lush Health?

At Callisto Dawson we are always looking for ways to help make healthy living easier and more accessible. Our Lush Health range is focused on healthy eating and wellness, but watch this space as more lines will be coming soon!
